In this unique offering, I blend gentle yin yoga with hands-on Reiki to create a restorative experience for your entire nervous system. Through long-held, supported poses and intuitive energy healing, your body is invited to slow down, soften, and let go.

 

During your session, we move through a series of passive, floor-based postures—using bolsters, blankets, and props to create comfort and support. As you rest in each pose, I offer Reiki to specific areas of your body, allowing for energetic clearing and emotional release. This is where stuck or stored energy often begins to shift—without force, just presence.

 

Each pose becomes an invitation to breathe deeper, to feel safer in your body, and to access a quieter part of yourself.

 

Yin + Reiki is designed to:

  • Gently release stored physical and emotional tension

  • Reconnect you with your inner stillness

  • Promote deeper sleep, clarity, and grounded energy

This is your space to truly let go. In this private session, I guide you through deeply restorative yin yoga poses tailored to your body’s unique needs while offering hands-on Reiki to help clear, soothe, and balance your energy. You’ll be supported with bolsters, blankets, and grounding touch as your system unwinds and stored tension begins to release. Ideal for sensitive souls, those in transition, or anyone craving personal, intentional care.

Sacred Circle

There’s something powerful about healing in shared stillness. This small group session offers a cozy, intimate space where we move through gentle yin postures together, held in quiet and intentional energy. While you rest, I intuitively rotate around the room offering hands-on Reiki to each participant. It’s a blend of community and deep self-connection—perfect if you want to amplify healing energy without losing the depth of your own inner journey.
 

Remote Reset

This virtual session combines guided yin postures, breath awareness, and the quiet magic of distance Reiki over zoom. You’ll be guided into each restorative shape from the comfort of your own home while I offer Reiki remotely—tuning in to your energetic body, even across the miles. It’s gentle, powerful, and surprisingly intimate. Great for sensitive travelers, introverts, or anyone wanting to access energetic healing in their own space.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle, and deeply restorative practice that allows your body to release tension in a mindful way. Unlike more active yoga classes, Yin invites you to settle into each posture for a longer period of time—usually three to five minutes—so you can truly let go and allow the stretch to reach into the deeper connective tissues of the body.

This practice helps lengthen and hydrate the connective tissues around the joints and muscles, improving mobility and releasing long-held tension. Yin Yoga targets areas of the body that often don’t get much attention in more active practices, like the hips, lower back, and spine. It’s a beautiful complement to any wellness routine, helping you cultivate stillness, patience, and deep relaxation.

Sarah is a Reiki healer and yoga teacher with a passion for guiding others into deep relaxation and healing. She’s been sharing restorative yoga practices since 2020, holding a space where you can truly let go and connect with your body and breath.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the small-group nature of our sessions, all classes are non-refundable. However, your spot is fully transferable—you’re welcome to gift it to a friend if you’re unable to attend.
